Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to assist a 51-year-old woman with a mild intellectual disability in Middlesex County. This one-to-one role emphasizes companionship, emotional support, and shared activities such as mall outings.

Responsibilities include helping around the home, grocery shopping, light cooking, and providing transportation to appointments. Schedule is 3 days per week, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM; driving on shift is REQUIRED.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful and patient, comfortable with one-to-one work.
• Experience preferred.
• Complete onboarding, background checks and training as required.

We are looking for a caring, compassionate DSP to support a 51-year-old woman with a mild intellectual disability. She is looking for companionship, emotional support, and someone to enjoy outings with, such as going to the mall. Responsibilities include helping around the house, grocery shopping, light cooking, spending quality time together, and providing transportation to appointments.
