Kindly Direct Care in Millstone Township, NJ is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional to support a nonverbal adult with epilepsy, providing hands-on, one-to-one care at home and in the community on Saturdays 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.

This role emphasizes safety, independence, and dependable scheduling, with required onboarding, background checks, and training. A reliable vehicle is preferred but not required for the shift. Pay range is $18–$21 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.

• Provide in-home support for a 21-year-old individual who is nonverbal and has epilepsy. The individual requires close supervision and assistance with daily activities, engagement, and maintaining a safe environment. This is a hands-on support role focused on companionship, supervision, and providing consistent care throughout the shift.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
