Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Fairfield, NJ is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one role supporting an adult in their late 20s who is autistic and nonverbal. You will help with daily activities, community outings, and routines in home and community settings.

The position requires reliability, empathy, and the ability to follow individualized instructions, complete documentation, and participate in onboarding and background checks.

Someone who is confident, patient, and comfortable taking the lead, with the ability to set clear expectations and stay consistent. Must enjoy staying active and moving around while supporting a friendly individual in their late 20s who is autistic and nonverbal and enjoys community outings, shopping, the library, parks, baking and cooking
