Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field is required.
• Must have or be eligible for Louisiana clinical mental health credentials (PLPC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LISW).
• Two years of relevant experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Design and direct implementation of individualized behavioral and therapeutic treatment plans.
• Provide direct clinical care through individual counseling and community interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary ACT team to ensure recovery-oriented care.
• Engage participants and their support networks in the treatment process.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards.
