Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking an experienced ACT Team Lead to provide clinical and operational leadership for the Metro ACT Team in Louisiana. The role emphasizes multidisciplinary care, recovery-focused services, and community-based supports for adults with serious mental illness.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Education, or a related human services field.
• Current clinical licensure as LPC, LCSW, LISW, RN, or MD.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the ACT team.
• Develop initial assessments and treatment plans for individuals admitted to the program.
• Evaluate consumers and coordinate treatment activities based on changing needs.
• Maintain a caseload and serve as the primary clinician for assigned individuals.
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Assist with hiring, performance management, and corrective action processes.
• Ensure staff are informed of program policies and service expectations.
• Supervise staff in community resource linkage and rehab skill-building.
• Ensure 24/7 crisis intervention coverage for participants.
• Oversee medical record maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain efficient staff scheduling systems.
• Partner with financial leadership to support fiscal viability.
