Job summary

MSPCA-Angell Cape Adoption Center Community Clinic is seeking a full-time Community Clinic Coordinator to oversee spay/neuter and medical services. The role focuses on coordinating care for low-income families and managing the clinic workflow.

You will serve as primary client contact, assess financial need, coordinate complex cases, schedule appointments, and train volunteers. Our Cape Clinic handles hundreds of cases monthly and offers diverse surgical and medical experiences.

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Well organized with great attention to detail
• Skilled at de-escalation techniques with emotional clients
• Strong knowledge of general dog/cat care, as well as a love for animals and people

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients to coordinate and communicate services offered at our Cape Community Clinic.
• Assess the financial need and approval for veterinary services for pets of low income pet owners.
• Coordinate sensitive and complex medical cases with clients.
• Coordinate the workflow of the clinic, schedule appointments, and facilitate the intake and discharge of animals.
• Work collaboratively with staff to assess and determine mission-centric program needs.
• Train and work closely with volunteers in order to streamline intake and discharge of spay/neuter and medical care clients.
• Inventory of Veterinary supplies and other veterinary assistant duties as assigned.
