Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client support, case management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of community services and social welfare systems in the Welkom area.

• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and maintain professional boundaries.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
