Job summary

Vital Farms is seeking a Community Manager to connect with our consumers across email, social media, phone, and snail mail, delivering warm hospitality and turning fans into advocates.

You will engage across six+ social channels, identify trends, share insights, and support content creation. Based in Austin, TX, you’ll work a 40-hour week with some unconventional hours to suit events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in customer service, community management or social media for a brand.
• Based in Austin, Texas preferably.

Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer inquiries across all customer service channels in a hospitable, authentic way.
• Manage day-to-day social media engagements across 6+ accounts with a focus on community building.
• Identify trends in conversations to provide consumer insights for brand strategy.
• Capture analytics and provide weekly and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with content team to translate topics into new content.
