SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $65,000K annually

Position overview
The Social Ecosystem Coordinator is the connective tissue between our social strategy and daily execution - someone who thrives at the intersection of content creation, community engagement, and relationship management. You'll wear many hats: content creator, community manager, influencer liaison, campaign coordinator, and brand storyteller. This role requires someone who can seamlessly shift from crafting scroll-stopping social content to coordinating influencer partnerships to analyzing performance metrics. Essential duties & responsibilities
- Social Media Content & Community Management
- Create, schedule, and publish daily social media content across all platforms
- Engage with community members authentically and promptly, building brand loyalty
- Monitor conversations, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful connections
- Execute social content strategy developed by creative leadership
- Influencer Program Coordination
- Manage day-to-day influencer outreach, communication, and relationship building
- Coordinate content collaboration between influencers and internal creative team
- Execute influencer campaign logistics, timelines, and deliverables
- Become fluent in influencer management platform (Grin) and optimize workflows
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and report on social media performance metrics across platforms
- Analyze influencer partnership ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Compile monthly performance reports and strategic insights
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Direct-to-Consumer Communications
- Create and manage email newsletters and customer communications
- Support D2C content strategy across owned media channels
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints
- Campaign Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide tactical support for integrated marketing campaigns
- Coordinate campaign timelines and asset management
- Participate in marketing team meetings and contribute creative ideas
- Support various marketing projects and initiatives as needed
Education & experience
- Professional Experience
- 2+ years in social media marketing, content creation, or community management
- Demonstrated success building engaged social communities
- Experience with influencer marketing or partnership coordination

- Demonstrated experience with poultry (chickens and/or ducks) or small-scale livestock is strongly preferred. Familiarity with animal care, feed routines, and backyard flock life will help in creating authentic, resonant content
