Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County is seeking a Program Manager for Community Centers to oversee and implement a range of community center programs across Blossom Valley, Gilroy, and South County. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of relevant family/child/community development experience.
• At least two years of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities, projects, and events among multiple agency programs and partners to benefit the Gilroy, Blossom Valley, and other communities.
• Promote interagency collaboration and ensure stakeholders are informed of programs and events.
• Foster a family-centered, trauma-informed approach to welcome community members.
• Advocate for the agency and its programs in the community.
• Monitor program participation and collect data for evaluation and reporting.
