Job summary

City of Bartlett is seeking a part-time Manager on Duty for Singleton Community Center. The role oversees facility activities, staff supervision, and public safety during events, with on-site presence and strict adherence to procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and supervisory experience is preferred. A pre-employment drug screen and basic physical are required. Bartlett residents are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities and staff during facility use.
• Maintains knowledge of facility operations and tasks.
• Ensures safety of staff, participants, officials and the public on site.
• Reports accidents, incidents, injuries, or property damage in writing.
• Documents repairs or adjustments to equipment or facilities; notes performance concerns.
• Interacts courteously and professionally with the public during events.
• Stays on-site during events.
• Collaborates with other City departments for responsive service.
