Job summary

City of Chaska is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to support operations at the Chaska Community Center (CCC) and Curling and Event Center (CEC). The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and a friendly, welcoming presence during peak hours (Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 10:00am–4:00pm) or Monday–Friday 10am–4pm.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with facility navigation, processing memberships and rentals, and maintaining a positive, safe environment

Qualifications

• Minimum age 15 or older.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with welcoming, respectful, and positive tone.
• Check in members and guests and direct to activities or events.
• Answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and communicate program and facility information.
• Register patrons for memberships, activities, leagues, admissions, and rentals.
