Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Sioux City, IA seeks a Family and Community Engagement Coordinator to foster strong ties with FAM HUB families, planning activities and events that promote well‑being and community connection. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marketing, or a related field, excellent communication and organizational skills, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Non-profit and/or community outreach experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support program development for the project through coordination of events and activities.
• Ensure events adhere to ACF Priorities.
• Plan and implement activities to engage families and the community.
• Establish feedback loops with participants and staff to ensure relevance.
• Collaborate with community agencies to create partnerships for engagement.
• Engage families in healthy activities and outreach.
• Organize training sessions and meetings for parents to enhance involvement.
• Maintain communications with families to promote resources.
• Develop and update family outreach plans with RPG staff.
• Showcase FAM HUB through social media and local media.
• Track data on events, attendance, topics, and satisfaction surveys.
• Complete project documentation on schedule.
• Maintain client and employee confidentiality per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
