Job summary

The Crittenton Center in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Family & Community Engagement Coordinator to foster relationships with FAM HUB families and connect them with community resources. You will coordinate events and activities that promote well-being and social connections.

You will collaborate with local organizations, manage feedback loops, and ensure confidentiality while supporting grant-funded programs. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marketing, or related field.
• Preferred experience with non-profit or community outreach activities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support program development through coordinating events for families and community members.
• Ensure events align with ACF priorities and grant requirements.
• Plan and implement activities that engage families and the community.
• Collaborate with community agencies to form partnerships.
• Track attendance and satisfaction data; complete timely documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
