Responsibilities

• Follow dress code policy for various locations.
• Assess client needs and support treatment plan development.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources and transportation.
• Aid clients in implementing tasks related to treatment goals.
• Collaborate with agencies to secure housing and other services.
• Advocate for clients to obtain necessary benefits and supports.
• Support medication management as needed.
• Provide crisis management as needed and participate in ACT program activities.
