Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet program timelines.
• Proficiency with data tracking and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly contact with consumers and submit related documentation timely.
• Draft and submit annual plans/budgets according to program timelines.
• Maintain complete and current client case file.
• Update tracking systems (Google Sheets) 2x weekly.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and supervision meetings.
• Respond to internal and external communications within 24 hours.
