C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) is hiring a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) to build relationships with customers and connect job seekers with workforce services in local Career Centers and through referrals to partners.

The full-time position at the Carver Talent Hub offers a benefits package including health, PTO, parental leave, 401(k) match, and more. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by telephone, virtually, or in-person to assess customer goals and assist job seekers transitioning to a new position.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Provide information on the local job market, employment services and resources (resume development, applications, interview techniques, dress).
• Develop constructive relationships with internal teams, the public, and external partners.
• Seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Contribute to Career Center performance goals and follow up with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
