Job summary

C2 GPS Rural Capital Area is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to build relationships with customers and access workforce services. The role supports job seekers through guidance on resume development, applications, and interview techniques, with a focus on meeting labor market needs.

The CSR will work with internal teams and external partners to provide information and referrals, delivering high-quality customer service in a dynamic workforce center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to use computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, video, or in-person to assess goals and assist job seekers.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals.
• Advise on local job market, employment services, resumes, applications, interview techniques, and attire.
• Develop collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Support Career Center performance goals and follow up with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
