The Community Care Supervisor is a shift-based leadership role responsible for providing mobile support, coaching, and real-time intervention across RTC cottages. This role enhances the trauma-informed capacity of the residential team by modeling behavior intervention strategies, coordinating crisis response, and promoting consistent implementation of Individual Crisis Support Plans (ICSPs). In alignment with Little Flower policies and OCFS regulations and best practices, the Community Care Supervisor strengthens staff-youth relationships, reinforces a culture of safety and connection, and fosters a proactive and learning-centered work environment.
