Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid state license or ID.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background checks.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit compassion, support consumers, and ensure a safe environment.
• Foster independence in individuals.
• Help individuals acquire skills, such as social behavior & interpersonal competence.
• Provide a person-centered care approach to all individuals supported.
• Assist with community outings, personal hygiene, mobility exercises, and meal prep.
• Assist with verbal prompting for communication needs and in-home safety practices.
