Job summary

Shifts are Monday through Friday, either 10:00am–5:00pm or 5:00pm–11:00pm, with a collaborative team approach and a commitment to compassion, patience, and respect for those we serve.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid state ID or license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit compassion, support consumers, and ensure a safe environment.
• Foster independence in individuals.
• Help individuals acquire skills, such as social behavior and interpersonal competence.
• Provide a person-centered care approach to all individuals we support.
• Assist with community outings, personal hygiene, mobility exercises and meal prep.
• Assist with verbal prompting for communication needs and in home safety practices.
