Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Medication Administration certification or willingness to obtain
• Previous DSP or caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community outings, events, and recreational activities
• Support personal goals and celebrating achievements
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
• Encourage independence and confidence
• Build genuine friendships and positive relationships
