Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a Community Care Area Sales Manager to represent the agency to physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities, promoting Medicare services and building strong referral networks.

You will enhance account relationships in senior housing and monitor service delivery via quality assurance calls while directing marketing and sales of Community Care Programs through the agency and payors. Achieving admission targets is a key measure of success.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or equivalent experience base or be a licensed professional.
• At least one-year experience in the business community or in professional practice is required.
• Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to interact well with a great diversity of individuals and the ability to organize and execute selling processes.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Agency to physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and health groups to inform them about Medicare services.
• Enhances account relationships with a focus on senior housing environments including assisted living and independent living facilities.
• Monitors service provision through ongoing quality assurance sales calls with referral sources.
• Directly markets Community Care Programs through Agency and payor sources.
• Meets or exceeds admission goals as set by the Division Manager with Senior Management approval.
