Qualifications

• 4 years of paid work experience in mental health/social services, with a year of customer service as a substitute.
• Valid California driver’s license and personal vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to participate in extensive local travel.

Responsibilities

• Continuously assess individual’s risk status and create service plans.
• Maintain data collection, reporting, and charting records.
