Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of paid work experience in mental health or social services.
• A valid California driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
• Ability to provide face-to-face services and perform local travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide therapeutic interventions for individual wellness.
• Conduct assessments of risk status and create person-centered service plans.
• Document and maintain data collection and reporting records.
