The Outreach Team in Los Angeles, CA is hiring immediately for Community Canvassers and Team Leaders. Canvassers start at $23/hour; Team Leaders at $26/hour, with overtime and bonuses. Shifts run 12PM–7:45PM weekdays and weekends, with options for part-time or full-time work.

Responsibilities include engaging with the public, delivering campaign messages, collecting survey data, and training staff. Bilingual speakers may earn an extra $1/hour.

Community Canvassers and Team Leaders Hiring Immediately - $23-25/hr + bonuses Full-time & Part-time

Help us turn out voters in California to get out the vote and win! Grassroots efforts are ramping up and we are looking for a team of canvassers to help us reach voters who deserve a voice in this election. From now through Election Day, our team is connecting directly with voters on the ground through door-to-door outreach. We will be supporting candidates who champion progressive values and our shared vision for the future, encouraging people to get out and vote for progressive leaders down the ticket.

Get paid well! Canvassing positions start at $23/hour. Team Lead positions start at $26/hour. We offer overtime pay, driver bonuses, shift bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals. If you are a fluent bilingual speaker, you may earn an additional $1 per hour.

We are hiring immediately, all positions run through 11/03 with possibilities for advancement afterwards. Shifts run from 12PM - 7:45 PM weekdays and weekends with the possibility to work part-time or full-time.

• The Canvasser Responsibilities plus:
• Manage a small group of canvassers out in the field by checking in with them periodically throughout the day, and debriefing with them at the end of the day
• Ensure each canvasser has all of the materials they need to be successful
• Assist directors with canvasser training and administrative work
