Northland Area Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Business Development Officer to grow relationships with local businesses in Alpena and surrounding communities. You will develop new loan and deposit opportunities, partner with members and community leaders, and connect businesses with financial solutions that support growth.

You should enjoy networking, be goal-driven, and have experience in lending or financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• NMLS licensing required (or ability to obtain).
• Business development, sales, lending, or financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business loan and deposit relationships.
• Growing and strengthening existing member partnerships.
• Representing the Credit Union at community and business events.
• Recommending business products and financial solutions.
• Helping achieve business growth goals while delivering exceptional member service.
