Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure exceptional client service.
• Develop and maintain a broad client base with deposits up to $100MM.
• Coach and develop branch staff, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Identify referral opportunities to Home Loans, Treasury, Merchant Services and more.
