First Interstate Bank is seeking a Community Branch Manager in Meridian, ID. You will deliver outstanding client service, drive growth, and oversee branch operations and staff development, with a focus on customer experience, digital adoption, and compliance.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration to expand lending, treasury, and deposit services while maintaining risk controls and regulatory adherence. Strong leadership and relationship-building are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years banking experience including supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Mortgage loan originator certification (SAFE Act) within 30 days; Notary preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead branch operations to achieve growth and service goals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using banking products and services.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and internal controls.
• Coach and develop branch staff; monitor performance with dashboards.
