Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Community Branch Manager in Greeley, CO to lead branch operations and deliver outstanding client service. You will drive growth, oversee day-to-day banking activities, and develop branch staff while maintaining compliant sales practices.

Responsibilities include expanding relationships across consumer and small business lending, managing CRM usage, and coordinating referrals to other lines of business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 4-6 years banking experience including supervision/management required.
• Consumer and Small Business lending origination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates integrated delivery of financial services and products by referring clients to the appropriate department or division.
• Manages the effective use of client relationship management software, recording appropriate activities, incidents, referrals and marketing.
• Manages and fosters growth in the top client relationships of the branch.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business including Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management.
• Builds client relationships through outbound and proactive measures.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products including checking, savings, IRAs, CDs.
• Demonstrates proficiency in processing consumer and small business loan requests.
• Keeps up to date on regulation changes, follows policies and training.
• Ensures compliance with bank regulations and security policies.
