Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a retail banking or similar setting.
• Strong coaching and staff development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Commitment to risk management and policy adherence.
• Ability to educate and connect staff, partners, and clients with technology.
