Job summary

The Community Branch Manager in Nevada, IA leads the delivery of outstanding client service and drives branch growth using a full suite of banking products. You will build relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop branch staff while focusing on customer experience and digital adoption.

You will collaborate across lines of business to refer clients to Home Loans, Treasury, and Wealth management, and manage daily operations to maintain efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 4-6 years banking experience including supervisory/management role.
• Consumer and Small Business lending origination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service and grow deposits up to $100MM.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across banking products.
• Refer clients to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, and Wealth Management; document referrals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required training; enforce branch security and policies.
