Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Meridian, ID seeks a Community Branch Manager to deliver outstanding client service, achieve growth goals, and lead branch staff.

You will develop client relationships, promote digital banking, ensure compliant sales, and mentor teams to improve deposits and loans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4–6 years experience in the banking industry to include supervisor or management experience required.
• Consumer and Small Business lending origination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates integrated delivery of financial services and products, including lending and cash management, by referrals.
• Manages the CRM system and records activities, incidents, referrals and marketing.
• Manages and grows top client relationships at the branch.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business, embracing 360 View for documenting referrals.
• Builds client relationships through outbound and proactive measures.
• Opens and maintains products including accounts and CDs and other banking services.
• Demonstrates proficiency in processing loan requests and related activities.
• Keeps up to date on regulation changes and adheres to policies and training.
• Ensures branch security and operational standards are met.
• Learns and embodies First Interstate Bank's culture and values.
• Participates in community relation activities and volunteer initiatives.
