Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a CBCR Manager to advance our community benefits strategy and regulatory reporting. The role serves as the primary liaison for community organizations within the CBSA and reports to the Director of Community Benefits and Community Relations.

The position oversees compliance, manages partnerships, and guides implementation strategies across hospitals, with occasional travel and weekend/evening hours required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance for federal, state and local requirements and finalize reports for IRS/AGO/DOH as appropriate.
• Coordinate community engagement activities and manage needs assessments and implementation strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership to design evidence-based CB strategies addressing priority populations.
• Lead committees and develop materials, engage underserved cohorts and advance CB initiatives.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate events with community partners.
• Plan, monitor and manage CB budgets and investments, ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Support system CBCR initiatives and special projects as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare and community trends.
