Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Franklin County, OH seeks a County Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a team of behavioral health professionals in a community setting. Travel within the service area is required. Salary ranges are based on licensure and experience, with unlicensed, dependently licensed, and independently licensed tracks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social work, counseling, business, public administration, healthcare administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the assigned service area and programs.
• Supervises staff activities including trainings, team meetings, interdepartmental communication.
• Assigns caseloads and duties to staff.
• Audits utilization reports and client charts for accuracy and quality of service.
• Monitors productivity of direct reports.
• Implements performance management, recruitment, onboarding and development including progressive discipline.
• Ensures adherence to agency policy, HIPAA privacy standards, and laws.
• May supervise licenses and oversee care plans.
• Consults on assessment and coordination of services to individuals and families.
• Maintains supervision documentation and supports community partnerships.
• Collaborates across ISBH programs and departments.
• Provides trauma-informed, strengths-based care interactions.
• Offers office/caseload coverage and intake as needed.
• Uses EHR systems for client documentation.
• Travel within designated service area.
