Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a County Supervisor (Licking County) in a hybrid role to lead a team of health care professionals and ensure high-quality, compliant care in community settings. The position oversees staff, assigns caseloads, and drives program performance.

Required is a HS diploma with a related bachelor’s/master’s degree; licensure such as LSW/LISW/LPCC is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or another related field preferred.
• LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of staff through team meetings and regular communications.
• Assigns caseloads and related duties to staff.
• Provides routine support and assistance to staff through individual and group conferences.
• Reviews management reports and case records.
• Evaluates staff performance and recommends actions.
• Participates in staff selection and interviews.
• Implements and oversees organizational policies and procedures.
• Trains new employees on policy, procedures, and regulations.
• May provide license supervision for Integrated Care Plans.
• Assesses strengths/needs of individuals and families and coordinates services.
• Performs utilization review and quality assurance.
• Maintains documentation and participates in program evaluation and planning.
