Job summary

GRO Clinical Services LLC in Cincinnati seeks a Therapist (Licensed Behavioral Health Professional) to deliver clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with QMHS, psychiatric providers, and other clinical staff to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.

Services are delivered in office, school, home, and community settings, with regular local travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
• Current Ohio licensure in good standing as an LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Medicaid credentialing.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Complete Ohio CANS/IM+CANS assessments and maintain required certification.
• Formulate and document clinically supported diagnoses.
• Determine and document medical necessity and level of care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans.
• Update treatment plans according to regulatory and clinical requirements.
• Ensure all interventions align with treatment goals and medical necessity.
• Monitor client progress and modify interventions as clinically indicated.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Deliver services in office, school, home, and community settings.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups.
• Support clients experiencing behavioral health challenges.
• Collaborate with QMHS staff regarding treatment implementation.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, schools, probation officers, families, and community partners.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and clinical consultations.
• Assist with referrals to community resources.
• Complete documentation accurately and within agency timelines.
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid, HIPAA, agency policies, and regulations.
• Support medical necessity through documentation.
• Maintain licensure and credentialing requirements.
• Participate in clinical supervision, trainings, and staff meetings.
• Maintain continuing education requirements.
