Job summary

Harmony, a Transformations Care Network member, is hiring licensed therapists to empower clients in behavioral health across our Cincinnati clinics. You will join a multidisciplinary team that values growth, supervision, and ongoing licensure support while delivering evidence-based outpatient therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
