Job summary

GRO Community is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to provide comprehensive therapy services in Dayton, OH, serving children, adolescents, and families in home, school, and community settings.

The therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with QMHS and other providers. Travel throughout the service area is required; licensure in Ohio is mandatory to practice and supervise as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Ohio licensure in good standing (LSW/LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT).
• Ability to obtain Medicaid credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in diverse settings.
• Coordinate care with QMHS, psychiatric providers, schools, families, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Medicaid and HIPAA.
