ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a Community Based/Day Program Therapist in Ohio for a full-time role. The position offers a salary of $52k-$60k annually to support diverse clients in our community programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field (or a Master’s in Social Work or Professional Counseling) and licensure (LSW/LISW/LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT). Travel within the service area is expected and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
Social Work/Professional Counseling Licenses or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT.

Responsibilities

Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
Providing patient visits as scheduled.
Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.

Requirements for this position include:

Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
