Job summary

Firefly Supported Living & Employment Services in El Dorado Springs, MO seeks a Primary Support Professional to provide in-home and community-based support to individuals in our ISL program.

You will implement Individual Support Plans, coordinate daily activities, train staff on medical needs, monitor health data, and ensure a safe, clean living environment for clients. This role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities or completion of Missouri Quality Outcomes training.
• Background checks including criminal, driving, abuse/neglect and fingerprint checks required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and eligibility for auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in clients’ homes and communities delivering personalized care.
• Participate in Individual Support Plan meetings and service-monitoring visits.
• Train staff on clients’ medical needs and medication compliance.
• Oversee daily documentation and health tracking; implement positive behavior support as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment and manage household supplies.
• Coordinate with the Program Coordinator on follow-ups and compliance.
