Job summary

Firefly Supported Living & Employment Services is seeking a Primary Support Professional in Springfield, MO to provide in-home and community-based support. You will work with the Program Coordinator to implement Individual Support Plans and help clients achieve personal goals in a respectful, person-centered environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, client advocacy, and maintaining a clean, safe living space while documenting health data and ensuring compliance with training requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year of experience in ID/DD or successful Missouri Quality Outcomes training.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their homes and communities with personalized care.
• Assist with Individual Support Plan meetings and monitoring visits.
• Train staff on clients’ medical needs and medications when needed.
• Document health tracking and maintain a safe living environment.
• Collaborate with the Program Coordinator on follow-ups and compliance.
