Job summary

Firefly Supported Living & Employment Services in Springfield, MO seeks a Supported Employment Manager to lead employment services, develop teams, and drive quality outcomes. You will cultivate community partnerships, supervise staff, and oversee program operations to achieve client success and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Services, Business or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of leadership experience in employment services, personnel supervision, or related area preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required for DD waiver services involving Professional Management functions.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment preferred.
• Background screening including criminal history and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employment service programs to help individuals achieve successful employment and independence.
• Coach and mentor team members through development and performance management.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, partners, employers and funding agencies.
• Oversee client services, referrals, and program operations for timely service delivery.
• Monitor outcomes, placement, retention, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, CARF standards, and regulatory requirements.
