Job summary

Invo Healthcare is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our community-based early intervention team in Columbus, OH. You will conduct evaluations and provide family-centered therapy in homes and community settings to support early communication milestones.

The role requires Ohio licensure and a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, plus a valid Ohio driver’s license for travel to family homes and sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• Active Ohio state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology).
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License (travel to family homes and community sites).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to identify communication disorders or developmental delays in children birth to age three.
• Provide family-centered therapy in natural environments (home or childcare settings) to support functional communication and early developmental milestones.
• Develop and implement IFSPs in collaboration with families and early intervention teams.
• Coach and train parents/caregivers to support communication strategies throughout daily routines.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with early intervention and state requirements.
• Collaborate with service coordinators, early intervention specialists, and other providers to ensure coordinated services.
• Ensure all services follow best practices, state guidelines, and professional standards for early intervention.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Ohio state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Valid Ohio Driver’s License
