Job summary

Invo Healthcare, part of The Stepping Stones Group, is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our community-based Early Intervention team in Columbus, OH. This part-time role involves home, school, and community visits, with a focus on family-centered therapy and IFSP development.

Ideal candidates hold an Ohio OT license, a degree in OT, and have experience with infants or toddlers. Travel to visit families is required; relocation or incentives may be offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio OT License or eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License; travel required for home and community visits
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or families in therapeutic settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills in home/community settings
• Provide family-centered therapy in homes, childcare centers, and community environments
• Develop and implement IFSPs for families and children
• Coach and support parents using evidence-based strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation per state and Early Intervention guidelines
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, service coordinators, and other team members
