Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing assessments, interventions, and medication monitoring.
- Administer and record psychotropic medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the psychiatrist on medication protocols.
- Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Deliver care in community settings, including client homes.

Active, unrestricted RN or APRN license in NC or VA
