Qualifications
- Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and have a clean driving record.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing assessments, interventions, and medication monitoring.
- Administer and record psychotropic medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the psychiatrist on medication protocols.
- Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Deliver care in community settings, including client homes.
Skills
Strong communication and documentation skills
Mental health experience
Bilingual skills
Education
Active, unrestricted RN or APRN license in NC or VA
