Open Sky Community Services Inc. is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals in residential and community settings. You will provide direct care, guidance, and skill-building to promote independence and meaningful goals.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, transportation access, and documentation, with a focus on safety and well-being. A High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service plans and support their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with transportation and accessing community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationships, and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment and document activities and progress.
• Review, complete, and maintain required documentation in a timely manner.
