Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• CRSS certification preferred.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs and activities that promote recovery and resilience.
• Support participants to make informed choices and take responsibility for their own recovery.
• Mentor participants to help them utilize community resources.
• Advocate on behalf of participants in navigating mental health and other systems.
• Help participants build and maintain community living skills.
• Assist efforts to find and retain employment, education, volunteer work, and other meaningful activities.
