Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; varied life experience related to mental health.
• California driver’s license and current vehicle insurance/registration are required.

Responsibilities

• Supports and teaches recovery principles and use of recovery tools.
• Models personal responsibility, self-advocacy and hopefulness.
• Assesses client hopes, strengths, accomplishments, and challenges to support stated goals.
• Supports development of each client’s recovery plan.
• Provides wellness support and on-the-spot assistance consistent with program philosophy.
• Maintains monthly guest logs and guests’ records; completes health and housekeeping logs.
• Ensures health and safety practices are met and supports guest participation in procedures.
• Attends team meetings and completes paperwork as instructed by leadership.
• Supports clients in developing reciprocal relationships and natural support systems.
