Job summary

OPPO, LLC is seeking a Community-Based Services (CBS) Manager in Salt Lake City, UT. This in-person leadership role leads CBS day and social programs, oversees staff, and ensures safe, engaging services for clients with disabilities.

You will recruit, coach, and manage performance while coordinating with families and coordinators to deliver high-quality, compliant services and programs that promote independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience.
• Experience working with people with disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, email, and other web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead an amazing team by recruiting, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee CBS program operations, staffing, payroll, attendance, and logistics.
• Create exceptional client experiences by improving quality and outcomes.
• Own the details: payroll approvals, client-DSP matching, billing, and reporting.
• Help grow the programs by expanding services and opportunities.
